Independent interior house with 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people, 25 minutes walk from downtown, and a few blocks from the famous Dolbeck brewery, equipped to guarantee a comfortable and pleasant stay. It has a parking space for one vehicle on the outside of the house in front of the property (on the sidewalk). The area is always lit and is very safe. You will also find supermarkets, pharmacies, a gas station, restaurant and public transport a few blocks away

IMPORTANT about location: It is in the Claro sector, 15 minutes by car and 8 km from downtown Coyhaique, rural sector. It's not downtown!! The cabin is on a 5000 m2 plot, in a quiet, independent and safe place, overlooking the mountains, surrounded by vegetation, cozy, ideal for resting and enjoying nature, in this environment you may see insects, horses, birds, hares, etc. Access to the Simpson River 80 meters away. There is no public transportation.
