Vacation rentals with lake access in County Wexford

It is a great place to stay , very calm and quiet area. There is a nice lake and beaches nearby , those were really surreal. Aidan was patiently waiting for us in late night as we could reach there to checkin by 11 pm in the night. Aidan was always helpful , and he provided us advise on the local attractions, nearby Pub and restaurant,etc. I will be definitely visiting again , also will recommend to my friend's in Ireland.

We really enjoyed this cottage. The beach is beautiful and a lovely walk from the house. Taking the free shuttle to the pub was also a highlight! Serena was wonderful and we would definitely come again for a relaxing weekend.

Tara has a beautiful house and is ideally set up for a group to visit and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Accommodated 7 adults at ease with lots of space. Beautiful beach for miles of walking. Lovely weekend.

Just back from a 4 night stay with Vinny & Lorraine. From the time we arrived to the time we left, they could not have been more hospitable! Lovely little touch with the apple tart, cream & fresh eggs straight from the chicken! Great little base for exploring Wexford. Would highly recommend. Thank u both❤️

I could have happily stayed an entire week. It was lovely in everyway and the perfect way to end my trip. After days of driving and trying to squeeze in every conceivable attraction it was wonderful to rest and enjoy the peace of this property. It was my favorite place to stay as far as my comfort and amenities level. Very charming and authentic property but all the modern conveniences that I hadn’t had in a week- stable WiFi- television- a washer. Tintern Abbey and the walking trails are pure perfection. The lighthouse on the Hook Peninsula was also a stunning visit. A memorable visit at this property in all ways.

We stayed at Sandra’s for one night last weekend. It was ideal in terms of the accommodation offered and accessibility to the town, river walks and the Barrow valley activities Hub. Sandra was a super host, so personable, welcoming and very interesting to chat to. It was like meeting a friend! We were extremely happy with our choice to stay here. Perfect! We had such a lovely stay at Alan's place! The view was absolutely breathtaking, and watching the sunset felt truly magical. Our daughter had the best time chasing and hugging Arthur, Alan’s adorable and friendly cat. She also loved visiting Alan’s goat and chickens. We even got to see the neighbor’s sheep, lambs, and cows, such a fun experience! We really enjoyed walking by the river and exploring the huge garden, it was so peaceful. The apartment itself was super cozy, warm, well-furnished, and spotless. A special shoutout for the fresh farm eggs; they tasted incredible, so much better than store-bought ones! Alan was an amazing host, very responsive, kind, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back soon! Valentina, Fabrizio, Daphne
