Home with views over the Shannon

TeresaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
The house is comfortable and has everything a guest would need ... plentiful supplies of towels, bedlinen, kitchen utensils and cleaning products, etc. The location is peaceful, safe, relaxing and private with easy access to the main road. Close to the bus stop. Great view of the River Shannon. Unlike some rental properties, this house has the feel of being somebody's home. The owner was quick to respond and kept in touch.

Willow Lodge

AoifeRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We really enjoyed our stay at Willow Lodge. Rhona was a fantastic host which made our stay very enjoyable. The house was very comfortable. The welcome hamper was much appreciated after the long drive down. There was so much space for 10 people and it didnt feel cramped. It's also very central and within walking distance of everything. We will definitely return if attending future family occasions

We had a really lovely time here. Gorgeous country property. The property was clean, tidy, well equipped, comfortable and as described. Anne left some food for our convenience (bread, milk, butter, treats, teas and coffee). Ample amount to get started. Anne was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely visit again

I stayed here for one night and early morning and I loved the homely atmosphere. Eileen and her husband are lovely hosts and they will make sure you have everything you need to have a nice, easy stay. The B&B is right in the Irish countryside with a lovely view and not far from places to visit.

The Birds Nest

The apartment was spacious and well furnished. The decor was fresh and clean. Beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. There are lots of very nice places to eat, but it gets very busy so booking in advance is recommended. We would most definitely book again

Rural Tranquil Setting - Clare Glens - V94 Y2YC

RachelRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We had a lovely short stay at this peaceful retreat away from it all. The apartment was very clean and decorated in a lovely style. A lot of love has gone into the cottage and the story of the renovation was interesting. We were made very welcome by Adrian and Elaine and especially appreciated the lovely basket of goodies and breakfast. We really enjoyed sitting out in the morning sun and hearing nothing but the birds. It is a short walk from the easy but wonderful Clare Glens walk. Thank you for a lovely stay.
A spacious lounge area is highlighted by a dark leather sofa and two matching armchairs. Natural light filters through the room, creating a warm ambiance. A large indoor plant adds a touch of greenery, while a coffee table is centered on a soft area rug.

Old Scragg Farm cottage No. 2

AlexRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I really enjoyed my stay at Andrew's place in Co. Tipperary! I was there on holiday and for a conference in Limerick city - it was great to be in the countryside where it was nice and peaceful (and with good WiFi) but then to also have Limerick an easy drive away. It is also not too far from main roads that connect you to the rest of SW Ireland. Andrew was friendly, responded quickly to my messages, and helpfully pointed out some spots to visit whilst I was there. The place itself is clean, comfortable, quite spacious, and is well equipped. Though it did get a little chilly in the evening (in March), it warm's up nicely with the radiator on and there are plenty of blankets too - very cosy!
