Honeysuckle Lodge, lovely rolling hill views

CatRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Our only regret was not being able to stay longer at this lovely home. Beautiful setting in the Clare countryside, gorgeous views and friendly cows. Close to Limerick & Shannon and great spot for day trips (we did the Burren and down to Churchtown). Close to charming Balllina & Killaloe with great food choices. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable … very clean and so quiet. As my husband said, it’s not just quiet it’s peaceful. Loved our stay and hope to get back again. Eve was the best host I have dealt with. Very communicative and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Old Scragg Farm Cottage No. 1

KennethRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed 3 nights in this unique milk barn converted into a cozy cottage. It was beautiful inside and out. Views were spectacular! Host was super friendly, full of knowledge and history of all of Ireland. He had many suggestions for touristy locations as well as some not so known gems nearby. His dog Joe was a pleasure to play ball with. We'll visit again for sure!

The apartment was spacious and well furnished. The decor was fresh and clean. Beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. There are lots of very nice places to eat, but it gets very busy so booking in advance is recommended. We would most definitely book again

Rural Tranquil Setting - Clare Glens - V94 Y2YC

We had a lovely short stay at this peaceful retreat away from it all. The apartment was very clean and decorated in a lovely style. A lot of love has gone into the cottage and the story of the renovation was interesting. We were made very welcome by Adrian and Elaine and especially appreciated the lovely basket of goodies and breakfast. We really enjoyed sitting out in the morning sun and hearing nothing but the birds. It is a short walk from the easy but wonderful Clare Glens walk. Thank you for a lovely stay.
