Positive Points: If you're looking for a good location with restaurants and bars is the best choice✨ I spent the weekend and loved it is close to São Paulo to go on foot or take the bus on Sunday is free and the neighborhood is safe In the view of the night area is gorgeous Box bed is new and super comfortable The TV works perfectly no lock has YouTube, Netflix and Disney apps Very good shower and the bathroom is beautiful The porter welcomed us well and we were able to get in and out of the condominium without problems Condomínio has a mini market and elevators Negative Points: The TV is facing for sofacama and is not comfortable is without foam it would be cool to change the sofa The electric stove is not powerful is old and takes a long time to heat And I missed a better blanket because it had a thin blanket would be cool to make a bigger comforter available to guests. I loved my stay and recommend it's a great place 🥰

The apartment is great. With great space and beautiful city views. The beds are comfortable, and the linens served very well on a day that was 15º. The kitchen is well equipped, only a filter holder was missing to make coffee in the morning =(. The location is very good, there is always Uber nearby and they respond quickly. The concierge staff are very nice and assist you promptly. The host responds quickly, always trying to help with whatever is needed. In the next opportunity, I will come back for sure!

Evaristo and Marcio always responded promptly to any need or question about the house. The house is very beautiful as in the photos and equipped with important objects for the stay. It has a separate gourmet space, which was important. The only observation was that the pool was not heated at the time we were there. The rest was wonderful. Good internet connection (you can work from there), flexible check-in, ample space for families and pets.

The atmosphere is great, everything as promised in the description, plus a good location for us to understand. I recommend it.

The apartment is bigger than most you can find on Airbnb in Sao Paulo for the price. Very clean and a pleasant place to spend some days in SP. Thais was always responsive to everything.

Great location for those going to the Albert Eistein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, especially in the kitchen utensils. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment faces the street, so it is natural that there is noise from cars and buses.

It was a wonderful experience, very welcoming owners and hosts, the place was impeccable, we were greeted with treats on arrival and they were always concerned about the entrance and willing to respond to our questions and requests very quickly! Great location, with easy access to the subway, restaurant and all the necessary amenities to stay for a season. It has a daily cleaning service, making the stay much easier. Paulo was an excellent host, quick and clear in his responses. I'll definitely be back.
