Vacation rentals with a patio in Coteau Raffin

From the first entry to Anil’s place we felt right at home. From the beautiful open space to the rooms to the surroundings, we loved it all. It felt like a home away from home. Anil as a host was very responsive and welcoming. The beach access was amazing to have, we enjoyed lovely sunsets on the beach which just added the right touch to our stay. Overall a beautiful stay with comfortable all around. We will be back again! Thank you Anil for the lovely stay.

If you are lucky enough to get a reservation TAKE IT. This place is a gem. 100m from the sea, within walking distance of everything and spotlessly clean. It is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The pool and barbecue were a bonus. JC really is "the host with the most" and is friendly and extremely helpful. We can't wait to return.

We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation: clean, accessible and quiet. The host was very present and responsive. The only small downside is that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor "without elevator access", which makes some tasks a little complicated: bringing up luggage, groceries... Otherwise, everything is perfect👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼, which is why I give 5 stars. 😊

There were two of us with our 7-month-old baby in this accommodation and were very happy with the stay. The most convenient was the access from the garage directly to the apartment, perfect if you are traveling by rental car. Overall, you have more than enough space if you are traveling as a couple plus baby. There were a few ants, but they helped us quickly. Also, the first access to the apartment was a bit complicated. Here, at least the description could be a bit more understandable. The cleaning in between and that you get new towels is very nice. Compared to the 4-star hotel, we found our stay with a 7-month-old baby in this AirBnB better, also because everything was nice and clean!

A big thank you to Hervé who welcomed us at 1 a.m. following the rescheduling of our flight due to the cyclone (and without extra charge: late arrival, night rate). The apartment is very large and nicely decorated with all the necessities to feel at home. In a very quiet residence, close to the pretty beach of Mont Choisy, restaurants within walking distance and small supermarkets. Otherwise a little further, there is Grand Baie with its restaurants, Super U and more shops. It's actually a place cozy for comfort, peace, serenity and quiet time.

The accommodation was great, it met all our requirements (3 adults and 1 child) for a long-term stay. From the beginning, we were in contact with the host, he helped us with the transfer, rent a car, a person was personally waiting for us at check-in, and we had a small snack (water, fruit, sweets, chips). The rooms were nice, tidy, ready. Kitchen equipped for long stay needs (including washing machine). The pool was great, it was just us in the house for most of the stay and thus had perfect privacy. The neighbors from the surrounding houses were quiet and not disturbed. We looked at the nice view (Casela) and the beautiful fauna and flora from the balcony. The automatic gate and parking spot came in handy as we had a rental car for the entire stay. The beach was reachable on foot in 5-8 minutes, suitable for swimming with children (gradual entrance). Supermarket (Jumbo), fruit stalls, restaurants, ice cream as well as tours offerings - all within walking distance. We'd love to come back:)

Ken was very helpful with checking in and out of the property - the property had everything we needed from air conditioning, lovely showers, spacious rooms and a lovely pool. There was also extras with bath towels and snorkelling equipment one of the best host experiences we’ve had!

I was in Mauritius for vacations with my family & during last three days of our stay I wanted a place near airport as well as near sea. I searched it in Airbnb & found wala lodge very interesting and as per my taste. When we checked-in we were overwhelmed to see every thing & every corner of it. It is beautifully decorated, tastefully designed, all three bedrooms are well furnished and super comfortable beds, bath rooms are just wonderful and has all the modern articles in it, kitchen is just perfect & every day to day article is there for guests, I could find many food articles in fridge. Waka lodge also has a big living area where you can watch tv. There is a big sitting area outside of cottage where a dining table is there. Tariff of property was very reasonable even when you are getting full cottage. I give 100% marks to Natasha for our finest & comfortable stay at her lodge. Next time during our visit to Mauritius I will make sure to stay here only.

Very large and spacious housing. There is a multifunctional kitchen with different appliances. Beautiful backyard with sofas and lawn. You can rent a comfortable car for travelling around the island.

Wow, our stay at Albion was nothing short of amazing! We truly felt at home. Alex and Marie-France were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and communicated well throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless with beautiful finishes and had all the amenities we needed. They were super responsive to any questions we had about the area or the home. Highly recommend their place—and them as hosts!

Great stay! Impeccable 👌 accommodation, warm welcome! The cottage is very nice, very well placed between La Morne and La Gaulette. Delicious restaurant next door, supermarket not far away. Super convenient, well-equipped and comfortable home. Charming hosts, super responsive and good advice! We'll keep the address.

Loic's house has a good location and sufficient size for 6 people. Within walking distance there is a large supermarket (150m) and several restaurants (my tip: the Roots Spirits!) as well as the public beach of La Preneuse (only a few minutes walk). The place is great for exploring the south and southwest of the island (e.g. Le Morne beach or the Black River National Park). The equipment of the house is functional and good. Great are the air conditioners in each bedroom. There is also a (but quite small) pool on the terrace. A small renovation would need the pool loungers and the dishes in the house. Nevertheless, I can fully recommend the house. Loic is a very kind host who responded promptly to messages. We had a great holiday in La Preneuse!

We wish we would have booked Florians place for 3-4 days more :( But surely next time. It was great staying here.

Lovely house in a very quiet & peaceful location with beautiful garden & swimming pool. The local shopping centre is only 3 min walk and some great restaurants & bars are nearby only 5 min walk. Fast internet. Highly recommend. 👍

Very pleasant stay at Sheel's, she is a lovely host, very responsive and flexible. She even had a nice touch in the apartment for our honeymoon. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and decorated, as in the photos, very clean and secure parking. Beautiful view from the balcony of the sea and the mountain at the entrance. It is located less than 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Flic-en-Flac and 5 minutes from restaurants and supermarkets. I highly recommend this apartment. It feels like home. Maria’s apartment is obviously a property used by herself. It made our stay easy as apartment from putting food in the fridge everything was there. Three aircon units and fans. Large water containers provided. Comfortable beds and a lovely balcony up with the coconuts. The view of the sea and the reef is stunning. The gate from the premises gave us immediate access to the beach and within 350 yards at least 19 restaurants with lovely food. Maria also put us in touch with a local taxi driver who also supplied hire cars. We had a lovely economical 4 door auto for £20 per day. Couldn’t have been happier.

A wonderful stay with family. Everything is as described & Jimmy is a friendly great host. The apartment was clean, well maintained & spacious for our family group of 5. The Bali themed interior is an absolute delight at the apartment. Nice swimming pool , walking distance to Flic en Flac is a great plus. I would highly recommend this apartment for families.

Our stay here was very pleasant. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and always eager to help. All common areas were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the apartment itself was very comfortable. We had a slight issue with the hot water on the first day, but the hosts responded promptly, resolving it with a smile, even though it was late. The view of the park is lovely and calming, perfect for morning or evening walks. The apartment complex is gated with a security guard, so we felt very safe. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this place.

Your search for the perfect place to stay in Mauritius has ended- Roumila's place is perfect, and she was such a great host- always helpful and never obtrusive. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and really became a home for us. The facilities are excellent, with the panoramic views from the rooftop pool an amazing bonus.

We had a wonderful vacation in Mauritius in Stefanie's apartment. The apartment had everything you need. From kitchen utensils to the feel-good effect. The communication was great, she was always available. We had a power outage one day, and it was taken care of immediately. In addition, a cleaning lady comes every few days to clean the apartment. The handover was great and uncomplicated. On the last day, we were allowed to check out whenever we wanted, so we had no stress at all. I can recommend the apartment and Stefanie 100% because everything went great. :)

Naushika was lovely, great info about the area, very helpful from booking up till checkout. Would definitely recommend if you would like to stay somewhere quiet, but would recommend having a car.
