Tom's place was adorable, beautifully decorated with original art, well stocked, and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you'd need. He had both a clothes washer and a dryer. The dryer is the only one that's ever worked well and quickly for us in all of our years of travel in Europe. The apartment is in a great location, with good restaurants across the street, and walkable to nearly anywhere in Old Dijon, including the train station. Nice as Tom's place is, it is Tom's manager, Timothee, that made our stay so nice. Timothee was very understanding and flexible---there were numerous mishaps with our trip from Paris to Dijon, including multiple miscommunications, constantly changing arrival times, missed trains, icy streets, etc which all resulted in a very late arrival. Timothee was kind enough to wait for us at the apartment and gave us detailed recommendations for food despite his long and confusing day. Highly recommend Tom's place.

We stayed for a month here and could not recommend it more. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with all of the described amenities and spotlessly clean. It is only a short walk to Dijon's old town area but the residential area is very quiet and peaceful. There are convenient grocery shops and good transport links, with the nearest tram stop being around 10 minutes away. Rina was a perfect host, very responsive to messages and flexible with our check in/out times. Thank you so much, Rina!

Good clear and fast communication with Frédéric. We were passing home from Italy and didn't arrive until around 9 o 'clock in the evening but that was no problem. Clean, tidy and cozy apartment. Babay cot was already ready and even a children's play mat had been put down, very nice!
