Beach condo vacation rentals in Costa Rica

Not much to add beyond the countless rave reviews here. The restorative and serene view and location is obviously the best quality, but the condo itself is comfortable and offers all the comforts of home as well. We loved the empty beach, the sound of the surf, and the cackle of the tropical birds. If you want crowds and traffic jams, head to Tamarindo. If you yearn for quiet and a vintage Costan Rican experience, I recommend without hesitation.

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

Loved our time at this beautiful spot! The view onto the beach and watching sunsets from the deck was stunning. Very comfortable accommodation, spacious and clean. Some good restaurants within walking distance. Great all around.

Awesome place to stay! Beautiful view! A short walk to the beach and some local shops - it is a steep hill, but there are stairs. Staff and other guests were extremely helpful and friendly. There was more than enough room for our family of four. When we needed assistance with an air conditioner, Floribeth was quick to respond, and had a repair person there in no time - problem fixed immediately. We were not planning on returning to Costa Rica, but after our stay, we fell in love with the area and people, and can't wait to return. Floribeth gave us precise directions, found it right away. You will not want to leave here. Thank you Floribeth!!

I found Carrie & Taylor's place and wasn't sure which part of town this was around in Costa Rica. Turns out Bejuco is right in the middle of everything. it's the PERFECT spot to stay. I've been to Costa Rica three times so far and Carrie & Taylor's place has been my favorite. We witnessed Macaws, Sloths, Iguanas, and much more. The condos are very quiet and peaceful. This is NOT a party area, but it is an area to have a great time with your family or friends. You have the perfect beach front view and short walk to it. There's also a pool in case you don't want to swim in the beach-You can go right out of the condos and visit Parrita or go left and visit Jaco. I was so impressed with our condo's location. On top of the location, the condo was spic and span! Super clean and set up so cute! I don't have enough nice things to say about Carrie and Taylor. If I had any questions at all they answered me immediately! Definitely worth the stay!

Excellent place to stay. Really nice atmosphere. Perfect distance to everything. Could easily picture living here. Diana was very responsive and informative. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We really loved Diana’s place.

A perfect place to go with family, safe and very close to the beach.

We had a wonderful time. The place was comfortable, spacious, beautiful, private and modern. Kitchen had all utensils needed. We were able to see and heard birds, and monkeys. The best was a little walking distance from a peaceful, beautiful beach. Cinzia, was quick to respond and answered all our questions, so kind and helpful. We just loved her place and we are planning to came back again 🌸❤️🌺 Pasamos un tiempo maravilloso, El lugar es cómodo, Espacioso hermoso y privado. La cocina tenía todos los utensilios necesarios. Great place to stay. Nice pool and surroundings A little bit of a ride or walk to the beach but doable Huge TV not that we needed but nice. AC worked great, which was welcome in the heat of the day Nice outside eating area Overall, great place to stay

The apartment located on the 5th floor has a magnificent ocean view. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. We'll return if possible, and I recommend it to other users.

Excellent place, my family and I were delighted my children are definitely dying to come back, the attention was wonderful,the place was very warm, clean and very well equipped, the service provided by the host Armando was very kind, respectful in general his work is very high quality, I appreciate all the attention and definitely my family and I will return.

I've stayed at Audra's and Chad's place once before, and just like I did then, I had a great experience. Condo: had everything we needed for our stay. They even had additional things like coolers and beach chairs, very nice beach towels. Great amenities. I know they are working on renovating the condo, but it was very comfortable and we loved the balcony with great furniture. Host: excellent communication, punctual, available for whatever question we had. They were flexible and accommodating. They are great hosts. Location: the best location you can have in Tamarindo. This is why we love the condo, walking distance to everything, once you park your car unless you are going out of Tamarindo you won't need it. Overall experience: excellent, comfortable and good price. We'll be coming back soon! Thank you for all your help!

This condo was perfect for our family to stay in and was right in the middle of town. We loved walking to everything we wanted to do in town and could park our car in the designated spot. Even though it was in the middle of the downtown crowd and noise we didn’t hear much of anything while in the condo. Would recommend staying here to anyone!

What a wonderful stay at this location. We appreciated the warm welcome and clear instructions with the condo. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The beach club was an extra touch along with the small private pool walkable to condo. Our family really enjoyed the location as well since close to grocery store and wonderful Playa Flamingo!!

I stayed with a group of girlfriends at Ben and Christian's condo. It is beautiful and exactly as expected from the photos. We could not stop exclaiming about how amazing the view was from every direction. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and with all the things we needed to enjoy ourselves and cook a fun big breakfast together then next morning. It's an easy couple minutes walk to the Flamingo Marina, the Monday night market, a number of great restaurants, and the north end of Flamingo beach. A gem of a place we hope to return to!

Stunning sunsets and spacious living is what we’ll remember from our fabulous stay! Syd was a friendly and responsive host always ready if we had a question. The beachfront location exceeded our expectations; it was quiet and incredibly scenic yet just a fun golf cart ride to Tamarindo. Also delicious restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to rent golf carts. Our group of 6 adults LOVED our stay!!!

Beautiful property with privately owned villas. The local management company is professional and helpful. You can’t find a better beach location for miles along the Pacific coast. You are steps from the patio to the white sand. Pura vida!
