Las Villas San Vicente are a very private and very nice place to live with family. The option of being able to take our dog was great. The house is very well equipped, the facilities are very nice and the photos show everything as it is. The internet would sometimes fail, you could not watch streaming all the time or it may fail in case you have any video conferencing, but most of the time it was ok. I think there is a need for air conditioning equipment in the living room for added convenience. A great option for dating as a couple, with family or friends. The staff is very friendly. An excellent place! Highly recommended! It's a quiet and very nice place. It is very easy to get to the apartment and access to the condominium is easy. The apartment is in order, very clean, with everything you need to enjoy your stay and with spacious spaces. It is on the second floor, but although it does not have an elevator, access to the apartment is very easy without being tired.

The house is very comfortable , cozy and everything works perfectly . The view is breathtaking and the perfect resting areas. Humberto and Quecha are great hosts . We'll definitely be back soon !

I loved it, I think it's nicer than the photos, very illuminated, a nice and safe area, very well located. The pool is very clean too; but what I liked most is the cleanliness .... really impeccable. I'll definitely be back. Yamileth is always available for messages...super recommended.

At first, it was not 100% clear how to get into the accommodation, but with Victor's quick phone response and help from security, everything went wrong. The place looked a little sparsely visited and that's why the air was probably a little stale, but ventilating for 10 minutes and chilling by the pool is also not worth any complaints. All in All, great.

The place is as shown in the pictures, it is very close to the main avenue and boasts an oxxo, squares and pharmacy nearby. The apartment was very clean, we were definitely very comfortable. I exceeded my parents' expectations as it was their first time to stay through Airbnb and we were very satisfied with the stay. The nice pool area and the condominium in general is very quiet. The host was attentive to us the whole time, Ivonne is very friendly and was always in constant communication. No doubt on our next visits to Acapulco we would stay here again, highly recommended if you are going as a family and in a quiet plan. They won't regret it. As an additional note, only the consumption of electricity should be taken care of because if you exceed the allowed level there is extra charge but that was mentioned at the beginning of the stay. We had no issues with that issue and agreed from the start

The apartment is very clean, the view is good, we really like that it left us some complimentary drinks, the rooms are very spacious, the kitchen has the utensils to cook anything, the air conditioning in the rooms works at 100, one block away there is a Modelorama, a Sanborns, 3 bars, the Baby O, the Soriana and Walmart super nearby, pharmacy, Mcdonald's, Starbucks and some other restaurants, we will definitely return.

Everything amazing! The place is beautiful, super big and comfortable, I think the photos don't do it enough justice. The super quiet area, with shops just one street away to buy everything you need. The best was without a doubt the tranquility and privacy, you practically have the entire space of the beach to yourself. I definitely recommend it 100%, if you want to enjoy the best sunsets, this is the place!

the location was great! central to bars and convenience stores. Unfortunately the tower did suffer some damages from Hurricane John 2024. The apartment itself was undamaged. The ac units worked great in the bedrooms. There is no AC unit in the livingroom. I did not think this would matter but it really does, the heat made it uncomfortable to hang out in the livingroom and there is only one small old semifuntioning fan in the livingroom. Our host himself was truly attentive and amazing !
