I stayed in this apartment and the experience was really excellent. The apartment is super comfortable, with quality details in everything: from towels to utensils, everything is spotless and well maintained. It's in a very nice area, ideal for walking, with a supermarket next door, a service station in front and everything at hand. One of the best surprises was the 33rd floor: the co-living space is amazing for working or relaxing, and the bar with that spectacular view makes it even better. It's definitely a place I'd come back to without hesitation. Thank you Julio for everything!

Super grateful to Marcelo and Omar. They answered me super fast and made themselves available for flexible check-in and check-out. The apartment was super clean, as were the sheets and towels. It has a lot of visibility due to the large number of windows it has. The heating works perfectly and the beds are very comfortable.

Everything was excellent, we would definitely stay here again!

Francisco was a great host, very communicative. The place was wonderful, exactly as pictured. Had a great time, and was even able to reserve the rooftop for a celebration! Would definitely stay again.

The location is excellent, especially if you go to Ciudad Universitaria: it is very close and the area is quiet and safe. The accommodation is just as shown in the photos, clean and comfortable, ideal for a short stay. It's not super-equipped, but it has everything you need to rest and relax. The bed is comfortable and the WiFi worked great throughout the stay. The host was very nice and always responded quickly to our inquiries. Overall, a good experience. We recommend it.

The house is very nice and comfortable, by car you are very close to everything, by Uber too, not so much on foot but it is about 10/15 blocks from bars or restaurants (not much either). The back of the house is beautiful, I went with a group of friends and we were very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Elisa is very friendly and always available

The accommodation is as described in the photos, a spacious house with a very good pool and quincho. There were 12 of us and we were very comfortable. Daniel is always ready to solve any problem

With my family we had a great time on our trip, we found that the accommodation is as seen in the images, everything is very clean, tidy; the house is very comfortable and beautiful; the neighborhood is very quiet and safe; María José at all times responded on all the queries we made, she gave us information to move locally, etc. Everything very well, it is in itself a place where I would go again without a doubt. By far our preferred place to stay every time we travel to Córdoba. The house is wonderful, and also my dear Lili is undoubtedly the best host of all. It's a perfect mix. We are super grateful for everything, and of course we will come back. Thousand percent recommended!!

Wonderful and charming older home. Boys loved the patio and we also enjoyed the space for an incredible asado. Sofia is kind, knowledgable, and super responsive.

We spent two weeks at Jose's place and had a nice time. We had a few maintenance issues during our time and Jose was very quick to respond and fix the issues. He also had a niece in the building who helped out. The location was about a 40 minute walk to the main centre. There was a reasonably sized supermarket nearby and the Nuevo Centro shopping mall was about a 20 minute walk away. The aircon and wifi worked well and there was good, hot water. The apartment was as per the listing.

The apartment is very well located. It's just as shown in the photos. The bed is very comfortable and the chair is quite good (a little hard). I would book and/or recommend it again. Clean and functional.

Spacious and comfortable place. It has all you need. The interior is packed with lovely little accents and it feels like the space has a soul. Safe entrance + garage. AC heats well in a cold season! Definitely recommend.
