A great stay spent in this apartment, very clean, in line with the photos, the bed linen nothing to say. A very well located and very convenient apartment, we almost didn't use the perfect car. We had a lovely stay. We felt safe, quiet and slept very well. It was very nice to arrive in a place where there was coffee, tea - it made us feel good - like at home. The baby chair is really great - our almost 5 year old daughter used it and was super well seated at the table. The apartment was spotless and the owners were very responsive. Thank you for your kindness and for allowing us to spend a relaxing time with family. It's the little things that make a difference, so thank you so much for making this invaluable difference. Accommodation found urgently, well I will come back every time. The value for money is great. A quiet and peaceful night. A responsive host on the phone and very kind. The bed is very comfortable and large, the shower is perfect and very clean, the amenities offered are quality like the coffee machine and kettle. The neighbors are very nice and let us know which apartment we had. Next to the metro, it allowed us to move serenely. Among other things, I don't see any reason not to choose this perfect place.

Very well-located accommodation. The city tour was able to be done on foot without even having to use public transportation. Shopping center right next door, well-equipped kitchen, it was perfect. Recommended.

Great and spacious house in a really quiet area. Perfect for groups and for relaxing. The only thing, there is no wifi and bad signal.

Franck's house and his family is very nice, well-decorated and close to all amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. It's nice to be able to do anything on foot! We were hosted very well in a spirit of trust. We felt at home. The air conditioning (in the master bedroom) is a real plus because it was hot during our stay. We highly recommend it!

I booked this place for my daughter who was taking her competitions at Paul Sabatier University. The apartment is in a very good location, functional and matches the photos. To emphasize, very warm welcome and explanation of the points of interest and the transport network.

We had a great 2 night stay with our 3 kids. The Vildailhan neighborhood is very quiet and well landscaped. It's very green 🌳🌱🌲 and nice. Parking is a few minutes' walk away. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped. Beautiful terrace. We recommend it without hesitation 👍🤩

We had a lovely stay at this apartment which is even better in real life than in the photos. Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, it feels very good. All the comforts are there, even the umbrella bed for our son, thank you. The building is located on a very quiet little street, we were able to park there very easily and then walk around to visit Albi. I recommend it!

We had a lovely stay in Lynda’s comfortable and beautiful flat, only a short walk from the centre of Toulouse and surrounded by great cafés and restaurants! Lynda was so friendly and hospitable and gave us helpful recommendations for lunch spots and the best places from which to watch the sunset. The private terrace is peaceful and the perfect place to have a glass of wine before heading out to experience the city!
