Casarão das Graças/high standard house in Ouro Preto

The house is just wonderful! Quiet location with great views. It is not possible to walk to the center, as there are many hills on the way. Cleaning of the impeccable house, with great bed and bath linen. Host Luiza was wonderful, friendly and always available when we needed to ask any questions. Not to mention we were greeted with delicious treats. One detail that caught our attention was the spontaneous exchange of towels and carpets from the bathrooms in the middle of the stay. As for the kitchen, with all necessary utensils. Anyway, it was worth every penny we paid! We highly recommend it.

The little house is a grace! Very clean, well assembled and cosy. It was me, my husband and my mother, we feel at home! Super pleasant days! Ana Rosa and D. Veva are very kind and merciless. The employees are also quite cordial and helpful. The farm space is beautiful! It has chickens, ducks, many birds, but the highlight among the animals is for the dogs, which are super cute and companions! We had great conversations with D.Veva, who told us the whole story of the place. On the farm, it produces high quality pastries, preserves and essential oils. We went away with nostalgia! We recommend it to everyone.

Being a guest at Bel’s house was a wonderful experience. Bel and her daughter made us feel welcome, they had prepared a delicious dinner and left coffee, water and drinks at our disposal. The place is very comfortable and equipped for any need. Her advice and informations made everything easy. Exploring Ouro Preto is a must, staying at Bel’s house… the best decision !

Mansion in the Historic Center

The house is sensational, it offers an experience of living in an old mansion in Ouro Preto. Excellent location in the historic center, allows you to visit the main points on foot. The house has a very well-equipped full kitchen, living room and very spacious rooms. For those who are driving, you have the convenience of using the garage and not worrying about parking on the city's narrow streets. The bed linens are new and very comfortable! The only downside is the noise that comes from the street at night and can disrupt your sleep a little. But that doesn't take away from the charm of the house! I highly recommend it!

It was my husband who made the reservation, but I would like to leave this review because our stay was wonderful! The house is exactly like in the pictures: wide, very well cared for and cozy. Our son had a lot of fun, both in the spacious garden and in the areas of the condominium, which has a beautiful lake with ducks. Beds are extremely comfortable, with sheets and towels of high quality. Townhouse there were very hot sheets, ideal for the cooler nights. The kitchen is super well-equipped, with all the necessary utensils, and the refrigerator was already stocked with water and ice. The house was impeccable: clean, organized and with a well-kept home energy. I took the opportunity to relax reading some of the excellent books available there. The sofa is super comfortable and was perfect for us to watch a family movie. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was great! The host, Antônio always very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend for sure and hope to return soon!

What a nice experience. Lauro really didn't leave any details missing. We needed a carnival escape and the house was super useful for that. Very well located in a very nice condominium. Lauro responded quickly and with a lot of education, always very helpful. The natural pool is a very beautiful place. Visit Valley. Note 1000

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The space is exactly as described in the listing, very clean and well organized. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation and close to several amenities such as supermarkets, and pharmacies. The host was very attentive and always available to help with any questions. The girl who received us was very friendly, attentive and polite, which made check-in and check-out very pleasant. The bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing. I recommend this place and would certainly stay here again in the future.

Simply perfect. Mariane always requests it, always showing concern to give clearer information possible, was concerned with giving us an option for my mother with mobility issues and the property was even more than we expected. Settled perfectly is easy to travel to the city center and convention center. For those who need a place to stay at the carnival, I highly recommend it and for other periods of the year as well.

Diogo is super attentive, took care of everything to receive us in the best way possible. Communication with him is excellent, answers and answers our doubts super fast. The location is wonderful, close to everything. The room is very cozy, a delight and the apartment is a charm. We love the stay.

Great location. Bruno was super attentive and gave us great food tips in the area. We stayed with our two small dogs and our 1 year old son. It was all perfect. It was a pity that it was rainy and we could not enjoy the wonderful view of the ap. Super recommend and certainly in another opportunity we will host again.

The stay was great! The house is great, everything is clean and it works very well! The hosts are wonderful too, very helpful and gave us great directions. Everything was perfect!

We had a very warm welcome from all the people in the república. The room was flawless, very comfortable beds and a small bathroom right next to the room. We loved to cuddle the dog and chill on the terrace with the guys. Would recommend!

Everything perfect! Excellent location and the house is simply cute, very comfortable and complete! The pool is the best of all the houses/sights I have rented, large and deep! Neirinha is a very nice and considerate person! The two dogs are cute and very nice. I recommend the stay and will definitely rent it again!
