Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Connacht

Recently we stayed in Carme's place for two nights and it was a home away from home. The house is beautiful, spacious and cosy and it boasts a beautiful view of Croagh Patrick. I loved seeing the cows in the field while having my breakfast and the family sheep dog is so friendly. Thank you Carmel for your delicious home baked bread, jam and your farm eggs. It was such a lovely and welcoming gesture. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our only regret was that we only stayed for 2 nights! We will just have to come back!

Fantastic host very accommodating. Perfect house for a family break everything anyone could need is there. This is our 3rd time staying Nick has always been very good and we have never had any problems or issues. Highly recommend.

Evelyn’s house was beautiful and we had such a cosy stay for my family and I as we were visiting Westport for my Mam’s 60th! Everything you need is in the house! A relaxing stay and a very clean house , conveniently located 5 minutes drive from Westport!

Visited Julie and Steve’s place with the girls for my best friends 30th, they were amazing hosts very responsive, clear check in instructions and great recommendations for takeaways close by. The house was beautiful and the surroundings were also beautiful. The hot tub was an added bonus and they even added extra touches for my friend’s birthday which was lovely. We had a ball and would definitely recommend! Thank you Julie and Steve!

We stayed two nights and wish we had stayed for two weeks! The house and gardens were beautiful and had everything we could need, and probably more. Loads of toys and an outdoor play area for kids, we didn’t even need to bring travel cots. The house is really private and peaceful, it’s about 5 minutes drive to Garrykennedy harbour. Really recommend for a group with kids.

We had a great stay at John’s place. It is really well set up for larger family groups, particularly if you are lucky enough to get some sunshine and can use the outside dining area. The house is in a beautiful setting with super views. Large gardens which the kids loved playing in. It’s a little bit out of town but it’s only a short drive. House was very well kept and was very clean. Would highly recommend.

Had a fantastic stay. Claire messaged to inform us we could have early check in and late check out. Place was so clean, hot tub and sauna was amazing (especially after running ultra). Welcome pack was really appreciated by us all. Great host, location and facilities. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay in the spacious and well equipped house that our host Philip arranged for us (due to the power loss cause by a storm in the original house, Philip suggested a Carrick self catering house in Carrick-on-Shannon). Located right in the center, we had a private parking, pubs and restaurants at our doorstep and a view on the beautiful Carrick marina. Philip was very friendly and helped us feel super welcome. All in all, a nice cosy house in a perfect central location.

I really recommend Edel and Barry’s accommodation. They are brilliant hosts, and their accommodation is in a quiet but very convenient location to the many amazing sights around County Clare and the local County town of Ennis. Edel answered my queries so quickly and was so helpful during our stay. Their accommodation is spotless, is a perfect size, and has every amenity you’ll need for your stay. When I’m back in County Clare I’d definitely stay at Edel and Barry’s again

Ciaras place was great! Just a few mins drive into Ballina, and the place was exactly as described. Ciara was very responsive on chat when we had a query.

Absolutely a stunning place! Beautiful and peaceful scenery. The space was very comfortable with a ton of amenities and very well thought out spaces for the travelers.

Probably the best Air B n B experience I’ve had. Roy was an exceptional host, gave us great recommendations and was always around for any questions. The location its self was stunning, ideally suited between Galway and Doolin. The wood burning stove in the cabin and fire pit were a lovely touch. The Cabin itself was very tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Overall 10/10! Can’t recommend enough.

The cabin was great for us as a family of four for three nights. The kids could play outside and loved the sheep. Lovely view and inside had everything we needed. I would just note that there aren’t any footpaths on the roads outside so it’s better driving than on foot. Only a short drive to Bundoran and the beach. We had a lovely time

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. It was a calm and peaceful place to relax at the end of the day. It was central and made it easy for us to do day trips in all directions. Plus we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Was nice to be out of the tourist bussel and have a more local vibe. We would highly recommend staying here. Scarlet's cabin is really the dreamiest spot. we usually are very active during our vacation but the cabin totally pulled us in to RELAX , which was especially magical during an Irish storm. Such a peaceful, cozy home and we'd love to come back one day.

Joe’s cottage was exactly as described. He was very accommodating in allowing us to check in earlier and came to visit to check everything was suitable and had a great chat about the area. Lovely chap! Highly recommend Joe’s cottage.

Host was very nice and always helpful, the villa was beautiful would definitely recommend for a couple on a nice getaway, I’ll definitely be going back again , the cabins themselves felt really cozy and just had a at home feel to them also the extra options for the jacuzzi and sauna were good really recommend, the Vila in general looks beautiful and very peaceful almost felt as if I wasn’t in Ireland and away in a tropical forest, the cabin was also super clean and very spacious over all I had a wonderful stay with my partner solid 5 stars

I booked Mel's place for my Husband's birthday weekend for a quiet and peaceful getaway. The Air bnb was the perfect choice. The cabin was right on the lakeshore with private access to the lake. The Cabin was clean and spacious! The little touches like a little welcome board, the birthday prosecco, and happy birthday note was super cute. The hot tub and sauna was on our checklist too and it was perfect for a quiet weekend! Definitely recommend!!
