Su estilo arquitectónico llamado " patio de Beatas" considera el patio como elemento central y alma del edificio siendo enseña de la arquitectura malagueña. Es de un ambiente acogedor, sencillo y con personalidad donde se pretende que el huésped se encuentre cómodo, confortable y viva una grata experiencia en un piso restaurado con mucho cariño.

La villa está compuesta de 5 habitaciones con baño privado cada una , gran salón con aseo y cocina abierta , terraza muy grande y un ático con baño y terraza privada. Las habitaciones cada una disponen de aire acondicionado, televisor , armarios y vistas al mar, y su parking.
