Well located, clean and exactly as in the photographs. Finding the key and building door was a bit tricky but otherwise perfect.

We spent the May holiday and we couldn't have chosen better. A beautiful area, wonderful surroundings and the house with everything you need to feel at home. I'd like to highlight Almudena's attention, who helped us at all times and made us feel like family. We will definitely be back.

Begoña was very attentive and facilitated several plans to do around the area. We went with 2 dogs and did not put any sticks and the apartment was very comfortable and pleasant. We loved everything!!

I spent some unforgettable days at Ismael's apartment in El Dueso, enjoying spectacular routes and views with Timón. The apartment is very comfortable and is perfectly located near Berria beach, ideal for starting incredible hikes. From there we took a beautiful route to the Faro del Pescador (lighthouse) and another impressive one to the Faro del Caballo (lighthouse). The area is perfect for those who love hiking and nature. Ismael was a great host, attentive and always willing to help. Totally recommended!

Simply ideal to spend a few quiet days in a beautiful area. The house has everything you need to feel comfortable, and special mention should be made of the terrace where you can enjoy the sun practically all day. Amió beach is a 10-minute walk away and there are many routes in the area to enjoy nature. The village is very quiet at this time of year and it is just what my partner and I were looking for... our dog has also enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you very much, Javier, for being attentive and available at all times!

We had a fantastic time at Irene's apartment. From the first moment, the contact was very friendly and Irene was lovely. We were traveling with a little girl and on the floor she had a crib, a high chair and a bath, which made our stay very much easier. Leaving the floor there was a park for the little one and the beach and the pedestrian area were less than 1 minute walk away. The apartment has everything you need to spend a stay of 10. We were 5 adults and there was enough room for everyone. The terrace is super nice. You can park the car in the same building, point in its favor as well. In the apartment there is everything for cooking and normal life if you don't want to go out and eat outside. We 100% recommend booking with Irene! We will be back 😀 thanks !

We went on a family trip for a few days and everything was excellent. Upon arrival, Fernando provided us with the keys to the parking lot and the apartment, a detailed map with all the points of interest and a list of recommended activities. He recommended very nice places to visit. When we asked him where to eat certain dishes, he recommended the best places and even called the restaurants himself to book a table for us. Undoubtedly, a charming and very friendly guy who has a lot of knowledge about the area. All his recommendations were fantastic, we had a great time and the children were delighted, definitely an experience to be repeated. The apartment is fully equipped and comfortable. The cleaning service is the best I've ever seen, everything neat, clean and tidy every day. They even washed the dishes and glasses that we forgot to wash because we ran out to the activities... which was appreciated. We definitely recommend it 100%, an exemplary host.

Iulian is a wonderful host, he is really caring and has very good tips on where to go. His place is really lovely and cozy and he keeps it top notch. The apartment is nicely decorated and it’s fully equipped to make you feel right at home. He was also very welcoming and kind to accept our dog. We had a very nice stay and we highly recommend it.

I will definitely be back in Suances and if America has her apartment available, I'll be there. The apartment is beautiful, with good views, and a good location (near the promenade). It has all the comforts to make you feel at home. He even left us bread, muffins, and coffee... all so that you can have breakfast the next day (and a few more days). America welcomed us with all the kindness in the world, explained everything about the apartment and its surroundings, and was attentive to the phone if we needed anything. Come with 5 friends looking to enjoy cantabria and spend a relaxing weekend. The stay met the expectations, especially highlighting the garden and the barbecue. The accommodation is close to other villages of tourist interest and is located near the beach. The host was very pleasant at all times and catered to our needs

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

Very nice and spacious house and very nice see view. Close to all amenities of Liencres, which we also liked a lot. We had really enjoyable stay there, short, but really nice.

Apartment ideal for two people, quiet and very clean. Perfect for access by car to have a private parking space. Elena communicated with us in advance and told us how to access. Later I advise and provided us. information from San Vicente (restaurants,cafes,supermarkets etc) Highly advisable.

Indeed, the views are incredible from the terrace as well as from the house. The accommodation is very well equipped: coffee, garbage bag, towels and sheets, shower gel... The only downside is the bedding. The bed in the parental room is small, not very stable and the mattress is not of quality. But it's erased compared to everything else. We had no contact with the host, only a message to tell us where the keys were and another to let us know the checkout time. A small binder with house instructions and tips for shops and restaurants would be nice. We had a great holiday Cantabria is beautiful!

This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

Carlos was a great host! The room was clean and comfy. The location is just far enough from Suances to be peaceful but close enought that in a 10 min walk, you are on the main streets. We enjoyed our selves and recommend it 🙂

Estela met us at the apartment to show us around. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and well furnished with great views out over the harbour. It was quiet and very clean. There is safe car parking outside the entrance, and shops and supermarkets not far away. I would thoroughly recommend staying here as this is a wonderful place. Both the house and the surroundings are perfect for a few days of disconnection, especially for families.

The apartment is just as described and true to the photos, everything was very new. You could see the beach and the estuary as it is glazed everywhere and the views are great, as well as very bright. Next to the beach, and close to downtown as it took you 5 min by car. My kids loved the area as you could always do water activities like various excursions. Quiet area. The hostess is very friendly and attentive. We'll repeat the experience!

The place was modern and very well equipped and by far one of the most amazing vacation rentals we've had so far and really great for a family of four. There were two bedrooms with great beds, two bathrooms, a kitchen-living room and a balcony with an amazing view of San Vincente de la Barquera. The first two days were quite fresh and we had to try something to get the hot water heater going, there is a switch (light switch) in the kitchen, which either turns on the extractor hood or the boiler. A description for use in English would be very helpful. We had great holidays and will definitely be back. You feel at home, with great waves for surfing.
