Frankly, ideally located rental ( close to...everything:the sea, the beach, the town center, the port,..everything!) the rooms are large, bright, nickels! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet, the kitchen is large and well equipped, finally everything is tip top! And Lise is really "present" to ensure the well-being of her tenants! In fact, you feel at home, and it's very nice!

Cozy and functional apartment 5 minutes from the walled city and the city center, making it a great asset. Once our vehicle was parked in the nearby parking lot, we were able to crisscross Concarneau. And for dinner in town, it's perfect. Note that if there are four of you, the upstairs bedroom is directly open to the floor below. We came as two couples, it didn't bother us at all but could be an inconvenience for some. Despite the proximity to the street, the windows insulate well from the noise, excellent! The bedding is very good, the towels are in sufficient number and the apartment was spotless on arrival. What can I say about the contact with our host? He was cordial and warm, heartfelt thanks to Cathy for her kindness and responsiveness. Another great place to remember in Concarneau!

Very well-located and very nice apartment, with its neat decor. We had a great stay to explore the city and its surroundings. The plus, the proximity to the foot of the accommodation, the coastal path to discover its beautiful white sand beaches. Beautiful walks to do.

We had a great week in Bénodet! We had considered beach and idleness but finally we hiked every day (cool weather) and we loved our beautiful discoveries between coastal trails, Polder, forest and marsh. The location of Françoise's studio is ideal, quiet and almost beachfront. The many amenities of the accommodation are modern and very useful. the sofa bed does the job perfectly. Special mention for the shower, of high quality. We will be back.

Emmanuelle was at her best They picked me up from the station when I arrived that my train was 1 hour late. M provided a litter bin for my cat. First time I've enjoyed such an advantage.... I had everything I needed... The apartment is very nice. Very discreet neighbors. Everything is doable on foot I was forced to leave a little early for serious health reasons. No problem leaving the keys.. Thank you so much, I had a wonderful summer in Quimper

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment in a very central location. Very accessible and the hosts were very helpful. lots of leaflets left in the apartment of tourist attractions which were very helpful to us. I would recommend this apartment and I will definitely stay again when back in Quimper.

We had a pleasant weekend at Hélène's. We were warmly welcomed with several welcome gifts (some of which came from his beautiful garden). It's a quiet place in a very nice environment about a 15-minute walk to Loctudy beaches. We highly recommend Hélène's accommodation for a stay to discover the Bigouden country. We spent a week and can highly recommend for those looking for a good walking holiday as Pont-l'Abbé is wonderfully located with plenty to see and do within a 30 minute drive. At the end of of a long day walking, hiking, cycling etc, you then have the amazing benefit of easing any aches and pains in the Hot Tub and Hamman and after a good nights sleep in a very comfortable bed you are ready for another day.
