A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

The Beaulieu cottage is a charming little village house with its enclosed garden out of sight. A former shoemaker's shop, it underwent a complete renovation in 2023. The accommodation has a bedroom upstairs with a queen-size double bed (160x200) and a beautiful living room with a sofa bed opening onto a terrace. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a vanity unit. Bed linen and towels provided.

Brand new, cozy and warm, I offer my studio for 1 or 2 people, on the ground floor of my residential house. The accommodation is completely independent, you have your entrance, your terrace and the garden. The bathroom is bright and the fitted kitchen is fully equipped.
