Resort vacation rentals in Colorado River

We booked and stayed at the Wyndham prior. This time when I went to book again they said they were full. So remembering there was privately owned condos there as well I gave VRBO and Airbnb a shot. To my surprise I found Scott’s two bedroom condo. His place is much larger than the previous place I stayed in at the same property. Full kitchen two bathrooms and a family room, two bedrooms all on different levels was great. We are a family of four and there was plenty of room. The master is very large with a huge bathroom. The views from the master and family area are great. What is even best is the hotel handles the whole check in process. You are given full access to the property as any guest would have so you can visit the rec-center or gym, the clubhouse down the way....it is the best of both worlds. So if you’re looking to stay at the Wyndham, I suggest booking Scott’s place first as it is comparable in price but much larger!

Incredible stay! Right in the center of town and such a beautiful place to call home for a few days.

Great Resort. Near the airport with Shutter bus to the strip. Although William is new, he is great. Communicated promptly.

Great place. Nice to be in the thick of things, but also have some privacy and a more mellow pool. Highly recommend.

Great host. There were some issues with the reserved dates of stay but she made it right which is what you want.

I can't express how happy I am with my stay! The condo was so spacious, and the layout was just perfect. My kids had their own bedroom, and we had ours too, with the living room in between giving us all some nice privacy. Plus, we couldn’t hear any noise from the other rooms, which was a nice bonus! If you’re looking for a great family getaway, I highly recommend this place. It’s right next door to Top Golf and only two blocks from the Strip, so there’s plenty to do! And a huge shoutout to Braxoton.

We booked the 3br/2ba suite for a girls weekend for our group of 4. To our surprise, we were upgraded to the 4br/4ba presidential suite!! The beds were comfy, the suite was very clean, and the kitchen was well appointed. Everything was exceptional from the gigantic room, strip views, staff service, valet app, free parking, and amenities on site. We loved the location as it was off-strip but still a stones throw awa. It was close drive to great restaurants, our activities, and kept us away from the crazy traffic on the strip. The pool area & cafe/bar was a beautiful, relaxing oasis. 10/10 would definitely book again. We're already talking about coming back for a longer stay!!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The suite was spacious and had plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen had all of the dishes/utensils/pots and pans which allowed us to prepare meals as we chose to. We took advantage of the game room, the pool, and the workout room. The workout room machines were very basic, but it met our needs for the time that we were there. The location to the strip and the shuttle service were all great as well.

This was exactly what we needed. the room was great and we got a pool view which my kids loved! This was central to everything we were interested in doing. Loved the access to patio!

Nice place to stay. Our room was in tower three and smells clean as soon as you walk in the building. Close to the strip but far enough from the noise and traffic. We enjoyed the stay. I’m sure we’ll come back!

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The suite was clean, very roomy and the bed very comfortable. A plus for us was the pool was the perfect temp. We can't wait to book again.

Would 100% stay again! Was so close to the clubhouse, amazing view of the outdoors, almost felt like you were in your own remote cabin, the staff was awesome and even helped supply a high chair when we forgot to pack or travel chair. Loved it!

Fantastic stay. Very convenient walking distance from the LV Convention Center. This property is very quiet and it also has convenient space on the main floor to have small meetings. The room itself was more of a nice condo layout. It has a washer and dryer with a nice living room space. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed, and the bathroom had a nice corner walk-in shower and lots of space. Didn't get to use it but having the jacuzzi tub between the bathroom and the bedroom is a nice feature too. It was nice making breakfast in the morning with a full kitchen. It was a little pricey to purchase groceries there, but it was convenient being able to purchase breakfast items at the market on the main floor. I hope to stay there again in the future. Highly recommended.

Excellent location is a super place , they have free bus from the suites to the TRIP las vegas arrives until 9:00 pm. Same 24H jacuzzis, in a restaurant they gave margaritas free 3- 5 i don't know if always but great. Same if they like to walk they are 2 miles from the strip on the side of the MGM.

A nice condo, well appointed and centrally located in Flagstaff. Bed was comfortable and we appreciated having a washer and dryer. Staff at the resort were very friendly.

I can’t say enough about how perfect everything was ! The condo was immculant! The beds were so comfortable! We came to flagstaff to take my Brother and Sister in law ,to the Grand Canyon ,and to see Flagstaff as well ! The condo made for a perfect trip ! We had all the comfort as we have at home ! So Quiet ! A fun clubhouse ! It was to cold to swim while we were there ,but the pool looked beautiful! To say we were happy ,was an understatement! The staff was so helpful ,and the hosts were great as well !! We WILL BE BACK !!! Thanks again !
