A house located in a very residential and quiet neighborhood. It is perfect for large groups, each apartment has a bathroom, the kitchen is very well equipped. Close to the subway. The house has a super nice terrace to enjoy in good weather. Highly recommended if you're traveling as a family and looking for a quiet space.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

We had a fantastic stay at Marines place. She was very accommodating when we needed any thing and a very responsive host. Would definitely recommend for larger groups!

A very pleasant stay, quiet in a vast studio, quiet, overlooking a pretty garden. It is tastefully decorated and with a very convenient layout. The hostess is very available and welcoming . I would highly recommend this great experience.

We had a very pleasant time with the family in the retro gaming house, reserved for the birthday of our boys, 6 and 10 years old. They were accompanied by their 11- and 12-year-old cousins: a real group of budding gamers! For the children, the stay was a real success: The climbing wall was unanimously approved Vintage video games on arcade machines as well as more modern games with virtual reality headsets delighted young and old! As for the parents, we enjoyed a well-deserved moment of relaxation in the jacuzzi… once we managed to convince the children to get out of it. The very comfortable bedding allowed us to spend a restful night and recharge the batteries to continue playing the next day A big thank you to our host for his advice, practical tutorials to fully enjoy the game room, and for his delicious treats (popcorn and juice were much appreciated) We will come back without hesitation

Pleasant accommodation and as advertised, with many everyday products available. The host provided clear instructions for us. Only downside: the advertised parking space was -- exceptionally -- not available. So we had to park on our own.

New accommodation, very bright and perfectly located on the 4th floor. You can enjoy stunning and unobstructed views. Very good quality soundproofing. Beautifully decorated apartment. Very good quality kitchenware I highly recommend it.

Very nice apartment, good location 4-minute walk to the train. There were 2 bakeries 2 meters' walk away with very good croissants, a grocery store 5 meters' walk away so very convenient. Our stay went very well and the cleaning lady we saw when we arrived even left us her number in case we needed anything, so apartment to recommend

It was a great stay! The neighborhood is very safe and the room is comfortable. The details and supplies make you feel the attentiveness. Had a great time in this charming and well-appointed apartment. The location is ideal, close to amenities and public transport, which made getting around very easy. The apartment itself is very pleasant to stay in, tastefully decorated and offering all the comforts you need. The kitchen is well-equipped, which allowed us to prepare our meals with ease. we were a 25-minute walk from the Accord Arena and the path is pleasant! There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It's very nice and in a good location. One of the highlights of this home is undoubtedly its impeccable cleanliness. We were very sensitive to this aspect. In addition, communication with the host was smooth and efficient, all our questions were answered quickly and kindly. Check-in and checkout went smoothly thanks to the clear instructions provided and above all in complete autonomy. Just to be clear, the apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator access.

Exactly as the description and pictures on the listing. the checkin instructions were lengthy but logical and worked perfectly. We understood the reason as it made the building and apartment very secure. Four adults had a fantastic 6 days in Paris ( we even mastered the Metro) We ate our body weight in products from the local bread/cake/pastries shops. The outstanding view of the Eiffel Tower was the thing we couldn’t get over especially when illuminated at night. Mehdi went out of his way to sort out a couple of minor problems we encountered ( not his fault) so we had the perfect Paris break.

Mini but cute. In a building with lots of hidden spaces. Very good for 2 people. We enjoyed the calm and security of the premises as well as the secure parking in the condominium.

Thanks Nicolas, we had a great time in your apartment. The view is amazing. Great accessibility to the metro. In 10 minutes in the city center. Great bakery right outside the door and otherwise everything is within walking distance. We put our car in the underground garage for 17.50 euros per day. Doesn't need the car at all. We will definitely be back and can only recommend Nicolas and his apartment.

Place is beautiful like picture . We enjoyed our stay here . Close to metro station and lots of options for restaurants cafe .

Perfect accommodation for a stay near La Défense. The bedding is very comfortable, the environment at the back of a courtyard is very quiet in a residential area, and the functional amenities. All 20 min from the Grande Arche on foot (or 2 tram stops). Perfect. This accommodation is my usual base when traveling for several days to La Défense.
