I recently stayed at Benedikt and Patrizia's apartment and can definitely recommend it. The apartment is clean and modernly equipped, which has allowed me a very pleasant stay. It offers all the needed comforts and has been perfectly functional for my needs. The only point of criticism is the somewhat high price. Despite the excellent quality and location of the apartment, I would have liked a slightly cheaper price. However, the price is probably reasonable for this location. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay in the apartment of Benedikt and Patricia and can fully recommend it.

Very nice place. We stayed for one night and everything was perfect. The place is near the river and the neighborhood is quite. There is a bakery nearby, perfect for breakfast. Would definitely recommend

My Patner and I found Benedikt & Patricia's place for two nights to visit the city of Bad Ems and the Emser Therme. The location of the apartment was ideal, the parking garage and spa were only a 2-minute walk. Downtown with several restaurants was also within walking distance. The apartment was as shown in the pictures and we didn't miss anything. For another visit to Bad Ems, we will choose one of the apartments of the two again.

After a day on the thermal spa, we were able to close the evening comfortably on this property. Just great! And really recommend:)

The apartment has everything you need and is a nice starting point to explore the Ohligs district. We felt comfortable Check-in was straightforward and communication with the host was quick and clear. The apartment was clean and the beds cozy. We cannot understand the criticism of the room temperature. It got pleasantly warm in the apartment.

The apartment had a great location. The view from the balcony to the Rhine was magnificent, and we sat outside every day despite the cold days. The apartment was very lovingly furnished, we didn't miss anything and you felt immediately welcome. We also took advantage of the large bathtub – it was just great. Sven was very helpful and reliable. If something came up, he helped right away. All in all: Great! We will be happy to come back!
