Vacation rentals with a patio in Colindale

Beautiful home and exactly as described. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a variety of nearby stores/restaurants within walking distance for all of our needs. It was the perfect place for my family of 4 as it was steps away from major transports, spacious and safe. Uri was a wonderful host who answered all of our questions and concerns quickly. Only thing I wish we knew ahead of time was that the stairs to get into the home are pretty steep.

Bernard was the most incredibly attentive host. When we only had an hour before Yom Tov he bought our groceries before we arrived and collected us from the train station. So grateful for the wonderful and warm welcome. comfy and clean house. Thank you!

Susan's accommodation is charming and brand new, with a quiet courtyard. It is a 15-minute walk from a station that allows you to reach central London in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend it!

As per listing, the place was exactly the same. We were looking something around the underground and this was it. Everything in the apartment works without any faults. Will definitely recommend people exploring London.

Great place to stay if you have an event at Wembley Stadium planned. The condo is a 15 minute walk from the underground station (Wembley Park) and about a 20 min walk to the Wembley Stadium and OVO Arena. Not much in terms of restaurants too close by, but we didn't mind catching a train into central London for that. There is a Lidl grocery store right in front of the condo, so that was super convenient for quick breakfast items we could make. Kitchen is fully stocked, there are two king size beds (not American size) and two bathrooms (which was important for us, as we had 3 people in our party), and basic bathroom necessities were provided like shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and a toothbrush. For those who need it, there is a washer for your clothes and an iron. I would stay again for sure.

Amazing place, with an amazing location, right next to Kensington Gardens, great place to walk and enjoy the weather. The place itself was great, I loved the spacious balcony you can go out and enjoy the weather with food etc. Beds were super comfortable, living room with a huge TV and sound system, made for great chill/movie nights, and the mezzanine office area is great if you’re working from home. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great experience to stay in this spacious one bed property. Good location, spotlessly clean, and above all a great host. Chloe was always responsive and helpful. Would definetly recommend and come again!

I booked this house for me and my family to stay in for my civil wedding. The house is very spacious, rooms are big & nicely decorated. The dining room is spacious & perfect for everyone to have dinner together. The family were very impressed with the house. We had plenty of room and it didn’t feel crowded at all. It is located at the end of a street so it was nice & quiet. You can park 2 cars on the driveway. There is more parking on the street for permit holders only mon-fri but weekends are fine. There’s a good sized bathroom upstairs & a smaller one downstairs. Downstairs bathroom water was a bit cold with low pressure. Upstairs bathroom was good. Daniel was very responsive & even came quickly to sort something out for us. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend Daniel’s place if you’re looking for a home away from home for a large group of people. The only thing that would make it even better is a mirror in the main room and if the garden was maintained.

We stayed at Michelle’s place for our London family vacation, and it was absolutely perfect! From the start, Michelle was incredibly responsive to all our queries, and her instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in and navigating the space a breeze. The home was exactly as described—clean, neat, and fully equipped with all the amenities listed in the description. It comfortably accommodated our group of 8, making it ideal for larger families or groups. The location is excellent—just a short walk to grocery stores, bus stops, and tube stations. We were able to reach Big Ben in just 25 minutes by tube, and Wembley is only 10 minutes away. There’s also an Indian grocery store about 15 minutes away by car, which was super convenient for us. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Michelle’s place to anyone visiting London!

I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Everything I needed was provided, and the location was convenient. The host was welcoming and responsive. I’d definitely stay here again.

Kasha’s place is beautiful, clean, organised, spacious and full of light and greenery. They have thought of everything in this house. Everything is bespoke and tasteful. It’s brilliant. The home cinema and popcorn machine was a great hit with my 3 year old. The garden didn’t get much use but I can imagine it being a little private oasis in the summer, the window bifolds out to a bench / summer bed! Everything is spotless and you have everything you need. Kasia is very responsive and helped answer lots of questions promptly. They have a manual for the house which is comprehensive! The location is great for Crystal Palace and West Norwood, and it’s so convenient you can park on the pavement right outside the gate. Thanks Kasia!

Nice base for exploring London with my daughter and mother. We were super welcomed by Francesca and her family. The rooms had good beds (with lovely duvets!). Thank you for opening your home!

Sylvia's place is really nice, it felt very homely and we really enjoyed our stay there. The location is great, we were at Alexandra Palace for most of our weekend and it was only 10 minute walk. The local area has plenty of little shops and food outlets, and the area in general felt like a really nice place to be . The place was as described and had everything you could need, even thing like ground coffee were provided which was much needed! The shower was amazing, with the choice of a regular shower head or a rainfall style shower, which we really loved. Overall if you need a nice place to stay in London we would happily recommend Sylvia's place.

If you’re thinking about booking this stay, just do it! Sara and Ramin are incredible hosts, they were kind enough to let me drop my suitcase off early before k checked in which really meant a lot to me. The neighborhood is STUNNING. Quiet, clean, beautiful gardens and roses, safe and gated, and a 10 minute walk to the train station and another 10 minute walk to local cafes, stores, restaurants and the supermarket. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. The studio is perfect for one person traveling or maybe 2 if you’re a very close couple. The sunroof makes it so that the room gets great natural light all day, you barely need to turn the lights on. The bathroom is clean and spotless, as is the kitchen and rest of the space. A heater and extra blankets provided kept me warm and cozy at night. The wifi was great and everything worked properly. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in London. It was so nice to have such a calm beautiful home base.

I had a lovely stay at Zea's place. The flat is exactly as described and as in the photos on the listing. The flat is perfect for a longer stay with a full kitchen and laundry, along with space to relax or work. The private entry makes it easy to come and go without disturbing the hosts. The location on a residential street is quiet and private. It's a quick walk to the Tube station to get to central London. A supermarket, pharmacy, other stores and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, as is Golders Hill Park and Hampstead Heath. Zea is easy to reach and responds quickly. She left a welcome basket of fruit and a jar of her homemade marmalade, which was delicious! I felt at home, and will definitely look to see if Zea's flat is available the next time I visit London!

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Anthony was one of the best Hosts I have ever had! One of the most thoughtful and comprehensive neighborhood guides, spotless apartment with clear directions, impeccable service with key drop off at our hotel, and so responsive and flexible. The space was gorgeous and in the perfect area. 10/10

Our stay at Amanda and Phil’s place was wonderful and exactly as advertised. Amanda provided clear, detailed communication ahead of time, so we knew exactly what to expect. She even offered to show us around the town after our flight, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. Phil gave us a warm welcome and personally walked us through the rental when we arrived. They had treats waiting for us, which were a much-appreciated snack after a long day of travel. The home itself was beautifully decorated, with extra comfy beds and plush towels that made our stay even more relaxing. Checkout instructions were simple and straightforward. And we have to mention the foxes - definitely a unique and fun surprise for us! I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place with great hosts.

Jam was a very good and responsive host, he received our booking last minute and accommodated our extension request. The accommodation was as described and very clean and spacious.

I can’t say enough about the condo , location, and our host Dona. We stayed in the UK for 10 days and this was the best place we stayed. Conveniently located to everything from the Tube to restaurants, pubs, local shops. The check in was smooth. The condo itself was so comfortable and very furbished. Had everything one would want including several grocery stores within a 5/6 minute walk. Dona went out of her way to help us and accommodate us. She is on top of it and extremely responsive. Lovely neighborhood. It was a pleasure staying there.
