This loft apartment is beautiful and just as pictured. Very clean, super comfortable, nice bathroom ammenities, linens were soft and smelled great. We slept very well while here. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need for cooking and appeared to be brand new.The host and management company does a great job communicating and responding to any needs. If you are in Buenos Aires and just want to relax, this is the place to be. Also we found it to be absolutely safe to walk around during the day or night. Seems to be just on the outskirts, so we did not find much to do around us and not many restaurants open on the weekend we were here. The locals we met and were in contact with were very nice and helpful even though our Spanish is minimal. Thank you for a delightful 3 night stay!

This is the second time I have stayed in a HomelyJoy apartment and each time the experience is better. The apartment is nice, modern, super well located and very bright.

The apartment is new, modern, comfortable and well decorated, as shown in the photos. It's well-equipped and allows for a comfortable stay. The building is well located, the area is safe and offers good amenities: 24-hour reception, spacious co-working, gym, terrace, laundry and swimming pools. The indoor pool is in a heated space, but the water is not heated, it is cold, which limited its use. Terrace grills are only available for extended stays. As opportunities for improvement: - Communication with the host could be more direct and accessible in case of unforeseen events. - Value.

The hosts are very responsive and friendly. The apartment is very nice. Very nicely decorated Everything you need for a good stay. The modern building with amenities. highly recommended.

We stayed for a month, it is a really nice flat in a safe area. Many busses are available and metro is within walking distance. Multiple small supermarkets are closeby. Alex is a very chill person and replys fast. Also, the bed became more comfy once we figured out that the matrace was the wrong way round - for future guests, check that the soft part is up ;)

An excellent, bright, and clean apartment. The furniture is in good condition. It has everything you need for a comfortable long-term stay. The view from the window is pleasant. The landlady is kind and responsive, always ready to solve any issues that arise. The internet is fast, allowing remote work from home. There is a large supermarket nearby, as well as many small shops where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits. Additionally, beautiful neighborhoods and parks are within walking distance.

Excellent host always available, the building is beautiful, has everything and conveniently located. The depto is a monoenvironment that overlooks the street, half noisy but without a doubt the price for everything that includes is correct!

Sole is great, super friendly and cool. The apartment is luxurious, it met all the expectations I had. Highly recommended, I hope to be back!

Excellent accommodation in Palermo!

A fabulous apartment in an amazing location. Loved the size and space. The best location right in the middle of the action in the area but the unit was super quiet and private. Thank you Oliver.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Adriana always responded quickly, clearly, and was very flexible. The house is exactly as the pictures. Everything is clean and spotless. The location is safe and the surroundings are very peaceful. Super recommended.

The apartment is as in the photos, the location is excellent, very close to bars and restaurants, clean, organized and spacious apartment. The host helped a lot with the early check-in and also with the possibility of storing our bags at check-out, always responded promptly.

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!

Nicolás was always attentive in his messages. We'll arrange the check-in right away. He responded quickly and was very friendly. He greeted us with some thoughtful touches. The apartment is as described and photos. It had heating, which made it very cozy (we went on cold days). Ideal to go if you have an event in River, we were very close, we went and came walking without a problem. We would definitely come back again!

absolutely my favorite airbnb i’ve stayed at. i was here for a month and i did not want to leave. perfect location. had everything i needed. very responsive. i locked myself out at 2am and the host answered and figured it out within minutes. also a very nice cafe in the building is a plus.

Excellent studio apartment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to every concern. I recommend it 100% .

The apartment is beautiful, the hosts are always attentive, ready to help; answer questions and provide solutions, our stay was amazing 100% recommended, we would definitely stay with them again.

We stayed in several places in Palermo. This is the perfect Airbnb, we stayed a week and had an amazing time.
