Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

Our aim is to bring together Tunisia, Germany and a spark of Austria and create an environment which is inviting, cozy and maybe even a bit inspiring to you! All furniture, carpets, blankets and tableware are produced by small and mainly female manufacturers in Tunisia and designed by us! The flat offers 2 connected sleeping rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room and eating area.

My place is right in the middle of the city and yet quite quiet. It is a maximum of 10 minutes to Schloßplatz or market square or train station. We have within 100 m radius: Lidl, E-Center with bakery, Aldi, Denns with organic bakery, drugstore, magazines, beverage market. Maybe you'll love my place because of the good amenities and the bright, warm charisma. Maybe also because of our large, friendly forest garden where the birds greet you in the morning with chirping...
