The home is located in a secure and very peaceful neighborhood. The place is spacious and the AC in the room was nice in this heat. Accommodation 10 min from the center, convenient. We had a nice stay in Santa Ana. However, it is very hot in the rest of the house. It should also be taken into account that the color of the facade has changed and is no longer that of the color of the current photo.

Great stay. Very nice modern building, with security and in a good location. About a 15 minute walk to the Cafetelón or the Paseo de Carmen. I would stay again!

Nice place. Adequate lighting. Good air conditioning. Clean, tidy, spacious place. Good availability of utensils (towels, paper, sheets, kitchen, water). No problems entering the checkpoint and the house.

We booked a short stay here and it was a wonderful home! The home is very spacious and perfect for traveling with a family. We had lots of luggage with us and it was very easy to get in and out of the home with it. Even though the home is in a neighborhood, the home felt private and peaceful.

The place is super comfortable, we felt right at home and Keibin was very attentive. I will definitely be back.

Perfect place to stay if you are in Santa Ana and looking to visit the volcano, Cerro Verde and tourist places. The area is in a good location to get around easily. Everything in the apartment is impeccable and has everything you need to use during your stay.

We had a great experience. The building access and security is on point, Manuel is proactive and clear, and the unit was immaculate.

Silvia was an amazing host, she had already given us clear instructions on anything we could have asked for. She was also very flexible with us during the unfortunate passing of my grandpa and allowed us to check in earlier because of his services. This stay helped us have a central location where to go to and from the services and was so clean and comfortable. We all felt at home. I cannot recommend this place enough.
