Listing setup
Create a listing that catches the eye of guests.We will support you by suggesting several ways to make it easier to get bookings, such as essential items to include in your listing, how to create a space, how to take photos, and how to choose the right words for your description.You can either delegate the entire process or work together with them.
Listing photography
Photos that lead to bookings!It's important to take photos of what's needed with the right lighting, angle, and quality.Take 25-30 photos for the listing (you'll actually take more).We'll also retouch the photos, so all you have to do is post them!We also recommend using it in conjunction with listing creation.
Interior design and styling
When creating a space, it is very important to consider how it will look in photos and how comfortable it will be for guests.We can provide a total proposal, from interior design to furniture placement, color use, and accessory selection, to capture the hearts of guests.You can also make suggestions that take into account the "practicality" and "ease of cleaning" that are required for hosts.
Booking request management
They can manage reservations on behalf of busy Hosts, including accepting or declining reservation requests, in accordance with the Host's criteria.You can also reply to guest messages at the time of booking.
Guest messaging
We will also respond individually to messages from all guests.We can respond to guest messages not only in Japanese, but also in English, Chinese, and other languages.We try to make guests feel cared for and create a bright atmosphere.We are available from 7: 00 to 20: 00.
Onsite guest support
In particular, we take care of foreign guests.We provide support for Hosts who are anxious about not being able to speak English, including check-in troubles, facility explanations, and responses to problems.It is also possible to contract only when a problem occurs.Feel free to ask any to me!

Cleaning and maintenance
