Opened the first private lodging after the new private lodging law was enacted in 2018.In 2021, he became a nationally certified rental property manager and obtained a residential accommodation management license.In 2023, we opened a second private lodging.I operate my own private lodging and also support other hosts in their private lodging operations.The properties I have worked on have maintained high ratings, including receiving the Guest Choice badge.
