We are a company with a wide range of management experience, from hosting in houses and traditional Japanese townhouses to hotels, and our in-house team will work together to provide one-stop support for all operations related to management, leveraging the strengths of each property.

We have an off-site reception in Minami Ward, Kyoto, and can provide in-person check-in and on-site support if you wish.

Listing photography
Our in-house photographer, who is familiar with Airbnb operations, will take photos that bring out the unique charm of the accommodation, with a focus on lighting and composition.Take and retouch at least 100 photos each time, depending on the size of the facility.It can also be used for video shooting.
Interior design and styling
We will coordinate the interior design to match the property's character and location, enhancing the quality of the photos and the guest experience.
Licensing and hosting permits
We have set up an off-site reception and are in compliance with Kyoto's unique ordinances.We can also handle applications for hotel business licenses and procedures for residential accommodation businesses.
Additional services
In addition to utilizing various media, improving reviews, and proposing management strategies, we also offer one-time consultations and coaching online (at an additional cost).We help to ensure that the operation is comfortable for guests, owners, and the local community.
