Listing setup

Setting prices and availability
We are currently only accepting properties on the east side of Tokyo's 23 wards.Because it is dominant, it is good at setting prices that match the market.We will make diligent price adjustments so that we can fill up to the previous reservation.
Booking request management
We have a system in place to ensure that guests are not dissatisfied, such as requiring a reservation for properties with a weak point.We also screen requests to ensure that only excellent guests are accepted.
Guest messaging
I'm basically always available while I'm awake.We are available from 6 am to 11:30 pm.
Onsite guest support
Check-in and check-out are not done in person.We use a key box and remote lock.We respond immediately to inquiries about check-in and check-out times.We have created a detailed check-in guide so guests won't get lost and be unable to check in.
Cleaning and maintenance
We have a cleaning team on the east side of Tokyo's 23 wards, and we clean all the properties we accept.We create a custom cleaning manual and checklist for each inn, and clean every corner thoroughly.
Interior design and styling
We are good at creating a clean space with high guest satisfaction.We focus not only on appearance but also on functionality.Most of the complaints are about cleanliness.All the fixtures installed are meaningful.We place importance on creating a room that is easy to clean and does not have unnecessary equipment.
