Setting prices and availability
We will investigate the condition of the facility and the surrounding facilities to set an appropriate amount.
Booking request management
We'll set up the basic rules in advance and handle the requests here.We'll contact you each time we need the host's judgment.
Guest messaging
We usually respond within a few hours.We'll respond within 24 hours at the latest.In Japan, the late night hours may become the next morning.(Other than emergency contact)
Onsite guest support
There is a lot of messaging, but in case of emergency or if it's not resolved, we visit in person.
Cleaning and maintenance
We will take care of sweeping, mopping, cleaning toilets and baths, changing sheets, disposing of garbage, and more.We also provide gardening and cleaning services once or twice a year.
Listing photography
We will take and retouch dozens of photos to showcase the best of your facility.I will check with the host before listing.
Interior design and styling
Furniture, fabrics, decorations, cutlery, and other necessary equipment can also be provided.I'm not a professional interior coordinator, but I'll adjust it to look as stylish as possible at the lowest possible price.
Licensing and hosting permits
We maintain a relationship by accompanying explanations to local governments and neighborhood associations, and by contacting each other whenever something happens with the neighbors.
