Setting prices and availability

Booking request management
If you choose to approve requests immediately, you will manage reservations here.If the request is subject to approval, we will check with the owner and reply to the customer.
Guest messaging
Basic support hours are 8: 00-22: 00.We will respond to messages as soon as we can.We will use standard phrases for things that are regulated, and we will set up a system that allows us to reply immediately so that guests do not have any problems.
Onsite guest support
In principle, if there is a problem or issue, we will communicate with the guest via message.We will also respond at a separate cost (including transportation costs) if an event occurs that requires us to go to the site
Cleaning and maintenance
We will perform basic cleaning such as changing linens and cleaning the water areas after check-out.We will list the details of what we do, take photos every time we clean, and report on the condition.Transportation fees will be charged separately depending on the travel time by car.
Listing photography
We can consistently create effective photos and retouching to attract guests, pictograms of accommodation facilities that inbound guests can understand at a glance, and access map images.
Interior design and styling
We can suggest interior design ideas tailored to the main target of your accommodation, such as domestic or inbound guests.We will listen to your desired interior coordination and provide an inexpensive and effective proposal.My best style is simple and modern.
Licensing and hosting permits
We can help you obtain a permit for your business, whether it's a hotel or a private lodging.We provide consistent support for meetings with the fire department, health center, and government offices.We can find solutions from various perspectives and make appropriate proposals, even for properties that are difficult to obtain permits for.
Additional services
We also have a residential accommodation management business, so we can accept unhosted private lodging all at once.If you are thinking of adding bicycle rentals as an additional service, we can also provide regular bicycle maintenance and repairs for punctures, etc.I am a bicycle mechanic.
