During the day (9 am-6 pm), we can usually respond within an hour.Messages in the evening and early morning will be responded to the next day, except in emergencies.As a corporation, we have a system in place that allows us to respond 365 days a year.
Onsite guest support
After check-in, if there is a problem with the facility, the staff can also come to the site.We can also work with a security company during the night and early morning hours when staff cannot be on site.
Cleaning and maintenance
We work with a partner cleaning company to clean up after guests check out and manage consumables and linens.We also perform regular maintenance of the equipment.
Listing photography
A partner photographer will take the necessary photos of your property.
Licensing and hosting permits
We can help with procedures at Kanazawa City Health Center, fire department, city hall, etc.However, I am not an expert in permits, so please think of it as support.
Additional services
We also provide support before opening.This includes creating house rules and selecting amenities and bedding.We also provide comprehensive consulting on linen, garbage collection, and what to do with the entrance key.
