Recently, many contractors use AI, but I research the occupancy status and price of private lodgings near my listing to determine the price.We all want to set a high price, but let's increase the occupancy rate first!The nightly price will be increased after that.There is a research fee.
Booking request management
We can respond relatively quickly to inquiries from overseas, even when there is a time difference.All of Airbnb's features are available on your smartphone, so you can use them on the go.We accept a percentage of the guest's unit price or a fixed monthly fee.
Guest messaging
Basically, it's from 10: 00 to 20: 00.Time is important because the number of messages increases, especially during busy periods.I am contacting you from overseas between 12:00 am and 2:00 am.Reservations and management are handled as a set.
Onsite guest support

Cleaning and maintenance

My listing has a good reputation for its photos.Prices vary depending on the size and number of items, but usually start at ¥50,000.Preparing small items may require additional time, but the first step to getting a reservation is taking photos, so don't skimp on this.
Interior design and styling
We will coordinate everything from the selection of furniture and appliances that look good in photos.Create a unique space!In addition, the amount will be in units of 1 million, so please prepare in advance.We cannot reimburse you.Prices vary depending on the size of the room, location, etc. ¥150,000 ~
Licensing and hosting permits
