Listing setup
We discover the best features of the property and understand what guests are looking for. For example, we can highlight the best features of your listing, such as its proximity to popular tourist destinations or local attractions. We help bring out the best in your property, even at the stage of creating the listing.
Setting prices and availability
We will provide sound advice on the appropriate price for the property. Then, to help you achieve your annual goals, we'll work backwards to determine how many days you'll need to set aside for reservations and fine-tune the details. We'll also help you create an efficient system to address any concerns you may have about your workload increasing.
Booking request management
Reservation requests require approval starting 3 days before arrival. This helps prevent sudden changes and incidents, and supports you in maintaining high-quality, stable reservations while limiting unnecessary work.
Guest messaging
In message management, staff who are good at replying will always be there to help, and we try to respond immediately. Quick exchanges provide peace of mind that leads to high ratings and reviews from guests.
Onsite guest support
If we are entrusted with property management, we will work with the owner to respond quickly and efficiently, even if there is a problem after check-in.
Cleaning and maintenance
In the case of outsourcing cleaning, we have management staff and make sure we don't leave it to the technical level of just the cleaning staff.
Listing photography
We usually invite a professional photographer to take photos of the listing. If there are any changes, we will go to the property to take new photos and update the listing.
Interior design and styling
First, we'll review the features of the property and then think about the best coordination for it. Since we change the production to suit the property, we will consider optimization each time before making a proposal.
Licensing and hosting permits
We are registered as a residential accommodation management business, so we will check any legal issues first and then provide support. We also have an advisory lawyer, so we have a system in place where you can operate without worrying about legal issues. You can also outsource the application to a consultant administrative scrivener, so please feel free to do so.
Additional services
We provide full support from the property selection stage. This enables us to operate without failure. We can also help you find the shortest route to opening your space and introduce you to highly rated cleaning services.
