Setting prices and availability
Since it is a special tourist destination, we will make adjustments based on the local season and weekly data. You can maximize sales by adjusting the price based on the number of bookings in the entire area.

We manage requests so that guests who are not compatible with the facility do not make a mistake and book. To do that, we need to keep adjusting to make the listing more appealing.
Guest messaging
Templating the necessary information and providing recommended spots, as in other facilities, is helpful because it is my area of expertise. In order to provide the best information, you need to have a sense of the city and a sense of the local area.
Onsite guest support
By providing the information guests need at the right time, we minimize the likelihood of problems. If a problem does occur, we will deal with it quickly on site and take measures to ensure the same problem does not happen again.
Cleaning and maintenance
I run a specialized cleaning company. If necessary, we will do pre-check work before check-in. Since it is an area rich in nature, it is not uncommon for insects to enter or for animals to die on the premises. There should be no dead animals in front of the entrance when guests arrive.
Listing photography
If you have a specific target in mind, you should leave it to a professional photographer, but the photos you need will change depending on the season and how you present your listing. There are editing techniques that can handle such cases.
Interior design and styling
You need room design that maximizes your ability to attract guests as listing photos. In addition, it is not a good facility unless the comfort and satisfaction are high during the stay. The interior changes depending on the number of people targeted. The design and arrangement of sofas and beds are important.
Licensing and hosting permits
I have extensive experience in renovating old properties, purchasing land, and building new facilities. We continue to work with the community, so we have connections with various public institutions and necessary contractors. We operate a real estate company, so we can properly handle various permits.
