Licensing and hosting permits
The Odawara Health Office, which is responsible for the Hiratsuka, Odawara, Yugawara, and Hakone areas, requires a lot of detailed information for their application, so we're here to help.
Additional services
The first step to getting a hotel business license is to submit an application for firefighting equipment. In particular, fire department applications in the Hakone area are quite difficult, and some fire equipment companies can't handle the response and run away. We will connect you to a company that can definitely get permission.

Very responsive host. The apartment is well located, easy to reach via bus, cozy for a couple. We loved to eat at “the gyoza center” which was 5 min away by car or 20 by feet!

Right next to miyagino bus stop where you can get on multiple buses around Hakone. Beautiful area and toru was a great host. Would recommend
