Listing setup
Available in the UK and Japan.I'm good at creating listings that guests can see, such as titles, descriptions (especially in the introduction), and the order of photos.We also devise precautions and automated messages to avoid problems in advance.
Setting prices and availability
We'll also leverage the knowledge of the previous job consultant to help you maximize the unit price, sales, and profits you're aiming for.We will change the settings twice a month based on the booking situation and the surrounding market rates.
Booking request management
We can discuss and set policies in advance about what kind of guests to accept or not accept.Instead of automatic approval, approve reservations after checking messages and reviews from guests to maintain high ratings.
Guest messaging
Both Japanese and English are available.Response time: Weekdays 9:30 - 17:00.* We are unable to reply at night.* We will check messages on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, but we may be slow to respond.
Onsite guest support
We will respond to messages before check-in to ensure there are no issues when using the facility.(How to use the equipment, FAQs, nearby restaurant information, etc.) In the event of a problem, we can respond to messages and transfer them to the person in charge.* We do not provide on-site support.
Cleaning and maintenance
Post-cleaning check: If you are in the neighborhood (within 10 minutes by train or bicycle), you can outsource the post-cleaning check.It is also possible to check for cleaning oversights, settings, equipment inventory, anniversaries, etc.* We do not provide cleaning services.
Interior design and styling
I can help you create a space that is easy to clean and relaxing for guests.To maintain the quality of the room, it is very important to consider "what to put and how to put it".For family-targeted accommodation, we can provide advice from a mother's perspective and help improve existing listings.
Additional services
We also offer spot services for a fee, such as support until launch, creating house manuals and notices, creating quick reply messages, and consulting for any issues.We're standing by to help.
