Listing setup
We'll help hosts earn money by applying for the opening of the residential lodging business (e.g., meeting with local authorities, firefighting, drawing, documenting, etc.), suggestions for decor, amenities, etc., and taking Airbnb photos and pages.
Guest messaging
We believe that responsiveness to guest inquiries is very important. I have a family (with children), so there are times when I can't respond immediately, but I'm basically online from around 7 am to around 11 pm (and can respond during that time).
Listing photography
The photos are of ordinary people, but we will take and retouch them while considering how to incorporate natural light to best convey the charm of your space.
Interior design and styling
We believe that the interior is ideal for both the ease of use and the extraordinary feeling of the destination.Suggestions to your Host's request and budget.It is especially compatible if you like the taste of vintage, retro modern, shabby chic, etc.
Licensing and hosting permits
We will meet with the local fire department and health center, prepare the required documents, and submit them on your behalf. If you don't have the required drawings for your application, we can create simple ones for you (by measuring the interior and using Illustrater).
