I host and support accommodation management on the west coast of Izu (from Numazu to Minamiizu).Prior to the inception of the system, all support accommodations have achieved the triple crown of Superhost, Guest Choice, and Difficulty Book Accommodation. We use chatGPT, Gemini, and notebookLM to visualize review calories and operational data to support the development of the triple crown together.

Listing setup
The goal is to be a super host, guests' choice, and a popular accommodation that is always booked.Analyze the appeal of properties and hosts based on review volume and sentiment, and organize them from a human capital perspective.Design experiences that make guests want to give you 5 stars, and create listings that resonate with the purpose of their trip.
Listing photography
I will accompany you to the room and guide you through shooting and trimming (I will not shoot for you).The quality of a photo is its clarity.We will teach you how to effectively compose and use light on your smartphone so that you can take photos on a daily basis that are appropriate for the season, weather, and event, and help you develop the habit of updating them.
Interior design and styling
We propose designs that fulfill the purpose of travel and bring out the individuality of the region and the building, rather than eccentricity or decoration.We aim to create an inn that designs a "meaningful stay" beyond comfort.
Additional services
[Continuous Support] Even after the listing is published, we will work together to improve it by sharing review analysis and operational data, and we will set up a system to maintain the triple crown.We will provide a monthly consultation, either online or in person, to respond to changes and nurture the brand.
Setting prices and availability
Revenue is the product of unit price and occupancy rate.We provide advice based on data to maximize both.The unit price is not the cost, but the initial value is determined from the guest's perspective.We will optimize with optional ongoing support, aiming to exceed both the regional average annual operating rate and unit price.
Booking request management
For one month after the listing is created, we will accept inquiries about cases where approval or rejection is uncertain.Extend the period when using ongoing support.We will accompany the host to help them make decisions and provide advice (we will not act on their behalf).
Guest messaging
For the first month after your listing is created, we will provide suggestions for improving your message content to improve guest satisfaction.Extend the period when using ongoing support.The host will take care of the guests, and I will give you tips on how to communicate better (I will not take care of the guests).
Onsite guest support
For the first month after a listing is created, we will be available to help you with guest support and troubleshooting.Extend the period when using ongoing support.The host provides support and advice, but does not do the work for you.
