Booking request management
We'll manage your bookings, including accepting or declining requests, based on your preferences. You can also reply to emails with content tailored to the recipient. (Cancellation rate 0%)
Guest messaging
We will reply to messages from 9 am to 9 pm. I'm confident in my quick response time. Our response rate is currently 99%.
Interior design and styling
We will listen to the host's wishes and consider what kind of hotel to make together. We recommend that you do the construction yourself and keep the price down. We will ask a construction company for important parts such as water supply.
Additional services
I have a kimono dresser, so if you have a kimono, I can help you dress up and put it on a mannequin (torso) to decorate the room.
Onsite guest support
You can message remotely, and if there is a problem, you can rush over.(If you are near Fushimi Ward) If you leave the reservation management to us, we will also provide guest support.
Cleaning and maintenance
Of course, we can also clean and maintain nearby properties.I'll tell you how to find a cleaner.
