I live in a fairly convenient place called Kinshicho, Sumida-ku. Depending on the location of the AirBnB, it is possible to drive from the east side of Ward 23 to the center.

Interior design and styling

Are you worried about choosing furniture and appliances? I can't give you advice on design, but I can help you with how to proceed with renovations, furniture combinations, fridges, washing machines, monitors, and smart locks. I can help you choose a network for your space.

Licensing and hosting permits

I handled all the procedures related to private lodging myself. I can mainly help with administrative and fire department procedures. We are also a residential accommodation management company, so we can also take on the residential accommodation management work that is required for the private lodging application.
