I am a host in Jeju (Aewol, Hallim, Hangyeong, Daegyeong, Andeok) and a guest traveling the world with Airbnb. I want to share my experience of accommodation in the world and my experience of inter-exposure. *Note: I had another Airbnb (high exposure) account. Setting prices and availability

Pricing is a strategy. It is set according to the market situation, the season, and most importantly, the demand. The price will also vary depending on which guest group is targeted.

Booking request management

Airbnb inquiries or reservation requests should be answered and processed as soon as possible. Delayed responses or late booking requests may result in penalties.

Onsite guest support

Hosts must always be prepared. You must have a step or host nearby to provide the necessary support. We have a team that can move urgently at any time, regardless of working hours.

Cleaning and maintenance

The accommodation I managed always had a perfect cleanliness. If cleaning is needed, there is also a cleaning team. It depends on the case, but I manage the cleaning myself.

Listing photography

Taking pictures is not a difficult thing to do. However, we will take the concept according to the guest's preference and shoot, edit and upload.

Interior design and styling

If you follow the basic rules of the accommodation, you'll get a good review. You have to manage the interior, lighting, and even the smell of the indoor air. There are separate basic formulas for home styling and furnishings.

Licensing and hosting permits

There are standards for reporting and permits. It meets all the requirements of the relevant authorities. I'd like to share all my knowledge with you-concept setting, targeting, sales strategy, and even licensing and tax knowledge!

I feel like I have to tell you some trade secrets to answer the questions here, but there's nothing like that. You need experience to get a feel for it and be diligent to increase your exposure.
