Setting prices and availability

Guest messaging
We are generally available from 9: 00 am to 6: 00 pm. We will respond to messages and provide emergency support for those who are not always online, such as when traveling.
Onsite guest support
Support is available in Japanese and English. We've experienced most of the problems because we manage multiple private lodgings. Basically, we're available from 10 am to 6 pm, but please let us know if you need anything. We're flexible.
Booking request management
We'll help you respond quickly and accurately to questions and adjust requests to help you get bookings from quality guests.
Licensing and hosting permits
We are qualified as a residential accommodation management company and will support you in operating your business in compliance with the law. We will achieve stable private lodging management while preventing problems before they occur with a safe and secure management system.
Cleaning and maintenance
We will advise you on selecting easy-to-clean interiors and installing equipment to keep your accommodation clean and comfortable at all times. We can also arrange for reliable cleaning staff and help with quality checks as needed. We'll make sure your space is clean and comfortable for your guests while minimizing your cleaning burden!
Additional services
We offer "Spot Support" (for a fee) so you can easily consult us about questions and responses regarding accommodation management. It's perfect for when you want to consult, but not to the extent of hiring a co-host, such as booking, guest support, cleaning management, and legal confirmation. please feel free to ask.
