Taking into account the competitors' market, I will propose dynamic rates, competitive but fair with respect to the expenses you incur.
Booking request management
I work on a reservation immediately by creating a contact with the guest. I decline requests if they are questionable or do not meet the set standards.
Guest messaging
I'm almost always online and always respond in less than an hour. My tone is professional but conversational.
Onsite guest support
Guests can always contact me for any issues even after check-in. If necessary, I will act as an intermediary with the host
