Active price management with ongoing adjustments based on current demand, with the aim of increasing sales.

Booking request management

Quick response to inquiries incl. Thank you and confirmation messages. Guest screening if desired.

Guest messaging

Complete online guest communication from A–Z to make your job easier. Timely response. 8:00 am – 11:45 pm

Onsite guest support

In emergencies, I have an assistant. e.g. toilet clogged etc. Everything else in agreement with the owner. Not always on site

Cleaning and maintenance

I am happy to organize the complete cleaning with cleaning service providers or existing cleaners.

Listing photography

I recommend professional photographers. In the meantime, however, I can also take and edit reasonable photos.

Interior design and styling

If desired, I have a list of possible furnishings. Concept and budget dependent on the owner.

Licensing and hosting permits

Experience with local city tax reporting or tourist taxes.

Additional services

Listing on other platforms. Connection of channel manager and price management interfaces.
