Listing setup

To get good results, you need to start with a good listing setup. I'll help you set everything up in the best possible way.

Setting prices and availability

The market is competitive, and a pricing strategy is necessary to maximize profit and occupancy.

Guest messaging

I usually reply in less than 5 minutes. I'm always online, from morning until late evening for any requests.

Onsite guest support

I offer assistance via chat, phone, WhatsApp, etc. in English and Italian. I also intervene in person if needed.

Cleaning and maintenance

I work with a reliable cleaning company and I take care of the maintenance of the apartments.

Listing photography

I have contacts with good and affordable photographers. I always prepare the spaces with staging designed to get the most out of the photos

Interior design and styling

If necessary, I transform spaces by combining aesthetics, functionality, and comfort to meet guests' needs.

Licensing and hosting permits

I take care of the initial bureaucratic part (SUAP, CIR, CIN, Police Headquarters) and the recurring part (Accommodation, ISTAT, Tourist Tax).

I also offer one-time consultations.
