This is a great condo with awesome views of the mountain and within walking distance of the gondolas. Ivan is a great host, provided clear instructions about everything. Our stay was smooth and pleasant. Definitely recommended.

I stayed at Ivan's place for a weekend of skiing and exploring Steamboat. The condo was close to the village and a free bus stop. It was approx. 10min walk down the hill, on the road (be aware, no sidewalk), to the resort. We did not rent a car and relied almost exclusively on the bus, which was reliable and easy to use. The condo was exactly as advertised and well-stocked with everything you might need. The views were incredible from both the living room and bedroom. Ivan was also an extremely responsive and flexible host. For a very reasonable fee, Ivan was able to accommodate late check-out. He's exactly the type of host you want for your vacation, looking for opportunities to make your stay even better.
