I can assist with setting up accounts and profiles. I can create automated messages and replies to guests.

Setting prices and availability

I create a study of STR properties in your area. I also plan pricing a year out and review local events & price accordingly

Booking request management

I use instant book and have settings for veteran guests to book. If new to Airbnb, they have to contact me before booking.

Guest messaging

I have 100% response rate! I’ve never taken longer than 5 minutes to respond. I’m available via text message, 24/7

Onsite guest support

I’m available by phone always, I can answer questions regarding the house. In case of emergency, I can drive to the house.

Cleaning and maintenance

My family and I have been cleaning & hosting since 2019. We can do the cleanings ourselves or subcontract a reliable cleaner.

Interior design and styling

I like to create a "guest profile" and base design on that. Depending on the number of guests and demographics I personalize.

Listing photography

I can stage and style your home for the Airbnb photographer. I can also be present during shoot.
