Listing setup
Professional pictures, absolute pristine cleanliness and high quality touches such as a coffee bar, linens and toiletries.
Setting prices and availability
Happy to put together a proposal of what needs to be done over the course of the year and have monthly check in meetings.
Booking request management
Replying in a very timely manner is imperative. Reviews are important also I ask questions to potential guests to screen.
Guest messaging
Normally I reply within the first 15 min. Online all day 7am to 9pm. Any questions get answered politely and with kindness.
Onsite guest support
Check in will be automatic with an automatic lock, I give the code 2 hrs before check in. Onsite keys will also be available.
Cleaning and maintenance
Top cleaners in the area will be hired, quality & consistency over price. List of what needs to be done and inspections.
Listing photography
25-50 photos for a luxury listing, yes retouching if needed. But I like the photos to be true representation of the property.
Interior design and styling
I've done over 20 rehabs and can do all of your design work, furniture buying, cleaning supplies and set up.
Licensing and hosting permits
Absolutely, happy to work with your local area regulations. I always ask for a mandatory guest list in case of emergency.
Additional services
I use Owner rez to manage my personal calendar so there are no double bookings.
