Guests make bets with their companions on how quickly I'll respond. I like to be instantly responsive . Guests love that!
Onsite guest support
I have a team on the ground for literally everything and they're as responsive as I am - lightning fast. We are on it!
Cleaning and maintenance
I have 2 cleaning teams, 1 for my own properties and one for my co-hosted properties, and they back each other up.
Listing photography
Photography is critical! I use the same pro photographer for ALL of my listings, my own and co-hosted.
