Listing setup

Photographs is everything, not just rooms but the special nuances they can expect to see that I'm able to capture and launch.

Setting prices and availability

As a realtor I use tools to explore attractions near and far that can affect the properties busiest weeks/months and seasons.

Booking request management

Less than 15 min response time. Responding fast to capture reservation requests is imperative & check their ratings as guests

Guest messaging

Less than 15 response time, app alerts in my settings make that possible.

Onsite guest support

Mostly less than 30 min response time. I come with a crew that work with my brokerage firm, as we all have airbnb properties

Cleaning and maintenance

My professional cleaning crew shows at check out. They are given monthly schedule and updated when there are new bookings.

Listing photography

Every room including close up of small nuances they will see on their visit, like inviting coffee bar or unique art etc.

Interior design and styling

I work per room, providing budget proposals for items recommended. $200 design fee in addition to the cost of the items.

Additional services

My crew and I inspect for any damages after check out always in order to know which party is responsible to make claims.

Celia was so easy to work with. The place was cute. The only negative was the tvs. You had to know how to stream and we are old and didnt know how.
