Design of the listing, connection with channel manager and pricing tool, appealing photos in high quality.

Setting prices and availability

Dynamic pricing and minimum stays adapted to demand for maximum profit

Booking request management

Rejection and confirmation of requests as desired by the host.

Guest messaging

All messages from guests are answered in less than an hour from 8 am to 10 pm. Calls are answered immediately when possible.

Onsite guest support

In emergencies, I am quickly on site, but systems are set up so that everything can be controlled remotely.

Cleaning and maintenance

I am in close contact with the cleaning staff and coordinate all appointments. Quality is regularly checked

Listing photography

Depending on the request, I will hire a professional photographer or take good extensive photos of the apartment myself.

Interior design and styling

I create an individual furnishing concept for each apartment.

Licensing and hosting permits

I am also happy to assist with the conversion process and initiate and coordinate necessary steps
